Unable to find the device or the device list cannot be updated in the Huawei Health app

Problem

The user opens the Huawei Health app, goes to Devices > Add, and finds that a message is displayed, indicating that the list fails to be updated or the device name cannot be found after the device list is opened.

Solution

1. Before pairing your wearable device with your phone, ensure that your phone is running Android 6.0, or iOS 9.0 or later.

2. Update the Huawei Health app to the latest version. For more information, refer to Downloading and updating the Huawei Health app.

3. Ensure the network connection is stable, and pair your wearable device with your phone again. If the network connection is poor, change the network connection, open the Huawei Health app, and try again.
