Stress test results are inaccurate on my wearable device
If this issue occurs, perform the following operations.
Touch Calibrate
When using the device for the first time or switching to another HUAWEI ID to sign in, open the Huawei Health app and touch Calibrate.
This is to make sure you can get more accurate results by providing a base line, so ensure you answer the Calibrate questions truthfully.
Wear the band/watch correctly
Wearing your band/watch incorrectly during a stress test will affect the test result. Make sure you are wearing your band/watch correctly, with the watch face facing upwards and slightly away from your wrist bone for optimal comfort.
Do not move around during stress tests
If you are exercising or the wearable device is moving a lot, it is difficult to analyze your heart rate, affecting the accuracy of the stress evaluation. Do not move around during stress tests.
Rule out other factors
Caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and some psychoactive drugs may affect the accuracy of the stress test. Heart conditions, asthma, exercise, and the placement of your wearable may also affect the test results.
The wearable is not a certified medical device. Results are for reference only and should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis or treatment.
We recommend that you select a suitable stress relief service based on the analysis and suggestions provided on the stress management page to manage your stress and be more productive at work and in daily life.
