My band/watch does not display stress test results
Check whether your band/watch and the Huawei Health app are running the latest versions. If not, update them to the latest versions.
If the issue persists, perform the following operations.
Turn on the Automatic stress test switch in the Huawei Health app
Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices and your device name, go to Health monitoring > Continuous heart rate monitoring, and turn on the switch. If you are using the device for the first time, use the Huawei Health app to calibrate the stress level and fill out the stress questionnaire truthfully.
Do not move during tests
Your band/watch will not provide stress data while you are exercising and will automatically measure your stress level when you are not moving for a long time.
Measure your stress again after calibration
If these solutions don't work, open the Huawei Health app, find Stress on the home screen, touch Calibrate to re-calibrate the device, keep the device still for at least 30 minutes, and try again. (For the most accurate results, do a stress test in the evening and check the results the next morning.)
- If you do a stress test manually in the Huawei Health app, the results can only be viewed in the app and cannot be sent to your Huawei wearable.
- The frequency for stress tests is once every 30 minutes. If the band/watch detects that you are moving after you start a stress test, it will delay the test for 5 minutes.
- If this issue persists, this may be caused by faults with the watch's parts. You are advised to bring your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
